After finish assignment, i go Kl as planned before.
Then i sit with an very old kind uncle, but i din chat much wif him coz i damn tired~~
while i sleep, some indian 38 aunty's voice wake me up, pik-chik them o!!
then, i hear some dialogues...
here is the story~~i m sure 1 of them is the lawyer, when i hear what they say, i want cry at first. Why still want me meet law thing after i had suffer of it for whole night~~T.T
but after i hear the case he said, i start thinking the section that i can put inside...
the case is
a company owe a man some money, the man didnt get back the money within 6 years(time-barred=any contract or promise will become void after 6 years without fresh promise.).
then the man pass away.his son which is a minor sued the company to get the money back.here the lawyer ask that people, in this case, what should we consider?this is a compound case.
then i start think, minority, consideration, time-barred, fresh promises in writing and signature, exception.......
i almost crazy of it already~~T.T
then becoz of that 38 indian aunty, i din hear the answer. then he start another cases, is about bus time and service. Unfortunately, i only hear little bit coz i reach jor~~
erm...the lawyer sound similar to Mr Charles,the lawyer is a indian, but his pronouced is more close to Malaysian english, so i can hear what the lawyer talking about clearly.
Charles ar Charles~~i beg u!!dont let me see u in next semester!!i swear, i will try my best to pass my final even if i will only left half life. please dont fail me, i dun wan 4 digit gone from my bank account~~~
